David is a graduate of Trinity College, Oxford and has an MBA from Henley Management College, where he specialised in change management. Prior to launching Attiva in 1999, he worked for several years for a specialist US-based organisational development company, Blessing White.
David has over twelve years experience working with companies to improve business performance, including Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Marconi Communications, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, Canada Life, GE Capital, Friends Provident, Reed Elsevier and Akzo Nobel.

Sophie graduated in Modern Languages from Oxford University. Her career covered a number of sales and consultancy roles in different industries including PR and Marketing and Corporate Finance. She completed an MBA at the London Business School in 1992 followed by a research project for the Director of the Executive MBA programme.
It was at the London Business School that Sophie developed her interest in Organisational Behaviour, strongly inspired by Charles Handy, John Hunt and Rob Goffee. This interest became a career over the next six years at the US organisational development consultancy, Blessing White. In 1999, she joined David to launch Attiva.
